CGE-SC participa de apresentação do painel CGU sobre desempenho da vacinação

A Controladoria-Geral do Estado de SC participou nesta quarta-feira, 28, de reunião virtual com demais órgãos de controle do País para conhecer o projeto “Painel de Desempenho da Vacinação contra Covid-19”, desenvolvido pela Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU). O órgão foi representado pela Controladora-Geral Adjunta do Estado, Marisa Zikan da Silva, e pela Gerente de Auditoria de Controle Interno e Gestão de Riscos, Alessandra Barcellos Barros.

A reunião foi promovida pelo Conselho Nacional de Controle Interno (Conaci) com o objetivo de envolver as controladorias gerais dos estados e dos municípios para estabelecer medidas de aperfeiçoamento do ritmo de vacinação contra a Covid-19 em todo o Brasil. O Painel traz subsídios à identificação de localidades com possíveis problemas de gestão ou de estrutura na aplicação das vacinas, tais como:

•      Desigualdades na cobertura vacinal;

•      Aplicação diária abaixo da capacidade instalada do município;

•      Profissionais de saúde em número ou carga horária insuficientes;

•      Locais de vacinação em número ou horário de vacinação insuficientes;

•      Desabastecimento de insumos para vacinação, tais como seringas e agulhas;

•      Subnotificação ou inconsistências nos sistemas oficiais do SUS;

•      Desvios fraudulentos de doses.

Para o diretor de Auditoria de Políticas Sociais e de Segurança Pública, José Paulo Julieti Barbieri, que coordena os trabalhos, o Painel representa eficiência para a imunização. “O projeto é um avanço na apresentação dos dados de vacinação, agregando informações estratégicas à gestão e com subsídios para aprimoramentos no ritmo de vacinação de todos os entes”, relata. A CGU ressalta que o painel é de uso restrito e suas informações devem ser utilizadas exclusivamente para direcionar avaliações ou apurações específicas.
