Controladores apresentam boas práticas em encontro do COSUD, no Rio de Janeiro

O Controlador-Geral do Estado, Cícero Barbosa, participou nesta quinta, 2, de reunião do grupo de trabalho Controladoria em evento do Consórcio de Integração Sul e Sudeste (COSUD). O encontro, que tem o objetivo de promover a agenda de cooperação entre os governos das duas regiões, está ocorrendo no Rio de Janeiro de 1º a 3 de março. 

Barbosa apresentou as iniciativas da CGE de fortalecimento do controle nos municípios. São duas: a parceria com o Banco Mundial (BIRD) para solidificar as áreas de controle interno das 11 prefeituras do Itajaí-Açu que participam de um projeto de melhoria da mobilidade financiado pelo banco; e o projeto de capacitação de 50 municípios para implantação de programas de integridade, governo aberto, transparência e gestão de riscos.

Além de Santa Catarina, estiveram presentes os controladores dos estados de Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Paraná e Rio de Janeiro. Os gestores aproveitaram para debater soluções ou mitigação de problemas comuns ao bom funcionamento das Controladorias.

O Controlador-Geral do Rio de Janeiro, Demétrio Farah, agraciou os colegas com a Medalha de Mérito da CGE.
