Governador nomeia novos gestores da Controladoria-Geral do Estado

O governador Jorginho Mello nomeou dois auditores do Estado para comandar a Controladoria-Geral do Estado. Cícero Teixeira Barbosa e Simone de Souza Becker são os novos controlador-geral do Estado e controladora-geral adjunta, respectivamente. O ato foi publicado no Diário Oficial do Estado desta terça-feira, 10 de janeiro.

Cícero Barbosa é auditor do Estado desde 2005. É graduado em Direito na Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI) e pós-graduado em Direito Processual e Material Civil no Complexo de Ensino Superior de Santa Catarina (CESUSC). Nos últimos quatro anos, atuou como Corregedor-Geral do Estado, área vinculada à estrutura da CGE. Na Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda atuou na área de Auditoria em Contas Públicas.

Simone Becker é auditora do Estado desde 2009. Na CGE, já atuou como Ouvidora-Geral do Estado, Auditora-Geral do Estado e Controladora-Geral Adjunta. Antes disso, atuou na Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda nas áreas de Contabilidade e Dívida Pública. É graduada em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) e pós-graduada em Auditoria Integral pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR). 

A Controladoria-Geral do Estado é o órgão responsável por promover a qualidade do gasto público por meio do fortalecimento do controle interno, da integridade, da transparência, da participação social, da prevenção e do combate à corrupção.

O órgão reúne as atividades de Auditoria Interna, Ouvidoria, Transparência, Corregedoria, Integridade e Compliance. As funções formam o que os especialistas chamam de ciclo do controle: prevenção, monitoramento, detecção, investigação e correção.
