Inovação: CGE lança Sistema de Gestão de Atividades

A partir desta segunda-feira, 1º de março, servidores da Controladoria Geral do Estado passam a usar o Sistema de Gestão de Atividades (SIGAT), ferramenta desenvolvida por servidores da própria CGE, utilizando softwares gratuitos, com o objetivo de automatizar e aperfeiçoar o gerenciamento e o monitoramento dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelo órgão. “A inovação é imprescindível para uma gestão pública mais eficiente. Nossa expectativa é otimizar nosso tempo para aperfeiçoar nossos resultados”, afirma Marisa Zikan da Silva, Controladora-Adjunta do Estado.

O SIGAT foi desenvolvido pela Coordenadoria de Gestão Estratégica com a colaboração de todos os setores da CGE. Para o coordenador da Coges, Frederico da Luz, a ferramenta melhora o planejamento das atividades e a gestão do tempo, facilitando a priorização de trabalhos de maior relevância e o cumprimento dos prazos. Além disso, traz uma visão sistêmica para o gestor, permitindo o monitoramento das ações de forma mais eficiente. “O sistema também promove a comunicação entre as áreas, possibilitando que os trabalhos sejam realizados de forma integrada”, afirma Luz.
